FREE Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders using Second Class Royal Mail post. This method of postage is not time specific but we aim to have your chocolates delivered to you within 5 working days. There is no tracking available with this method and delivery will only be on weekdays.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

If you are in a hurry, we offer Royal Mails Next Day Delivery Service for only £5.95.

Your order must be received by 2.00pm for for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 2.00pm it will be sent out the following day by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. A signature is required on delivery.

We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Orders placed between 2.00pm on Friday and 2.00pm Monday will be sent out on the Monday.

Change/Amend Orders

If you wish to amend or change your order it may not be possible on the day of dispatch. Please contact us on 01572 724554 and we will do our best to help.

BFPO Addresses

These orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and may be subject to delays therefore we cannot offer Guaranteed Delivery.

Correct Address/Postcodes

We will deliver to an address and postcode as entered on the order and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
